We are happy to offer a 90-day additional warranty on the POLESTAR product against any manufacturing defects of workmanship & material. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Any defective item will be repaired or replaced by us at its sole discretion within the period of warranty subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.POLESTAR® Warranty covers all manufacturing defects on zippers, runners, buckles & stitching issues caused by workmanship errors.
We do not warrant that your use of products will be error-free.
2. The warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper washing, improper care (accident, misuse, or negligence), and damage caused by acts of God such as floods, fire, or earthquakes.
3. Clothing/Mesh is not covered by POLESTAR® Warranty.
4. While the company will make every effort to carry out a repair. ForI replacement under this warranty as soon as possible, it is expressly made clear that the company shall not be liable to do so within any specified time period.
5. The decision of the company as to the nature of the defects & applicability of this warranty shall be final and abiding by the customer.

6.1 This warranty extension is over and above the standard warranty period
6.2 Company reserves the right to change the offers and conditions without prior intimation.
6.3 All the consumer cases will be taken up under the jurisdiction of the Haryana consumer court.
6.4 The extended warranty should be claimed within 90 days from the date of purchase, post which it will be void
